Monday: Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese
I made this delicious tomato soup recipe after my friend, Laura, recommended it. It is delicious! I paired the soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. The girls brought home some fresh rustic country bread from the bakery next door to their ballet class…it made the perfect grilled cheese.
Tuesday: Chicken Spaghetti
Chicken spaghetti is one of the children’s favorites. I couldn’t find the exact recipe I use online, but here is a similar one.
Wednesday: Salmon, Rice, and Broccoli
Quick and easy dinner of baked salmon with a little dill seasoning, steamed broccoli, and jasmine rice.
Malcolm grilled burgers for the himself and the kids while I went out to dinner with a friend.
Friday: One Pot Zucchini Mushroom Pasta
I love a dinner that cooks in one pot! This was a new recipe we tried and it was great. I made ours with whole wheat pasta. I was worried that it would get pasty, but it turned out fine.
